0.13.0: Update notes!

• Elite bosses had their HP decreased and Attack increased.
• Elite bosses now drop purple fluxes.
• Hell Farm from daily pve fissure is now unbound.
• Added gloop on daily pve fissure (T).
• Added gloop on weekly arena quest.
• Pray now rewards 3k hell farm instead of 2k.
• Decreased price of lvl80 blue gear box from 1000 to 500 12 points.
• Decreased price of Hero1 Gear from 100 to 50 Hell Crucible.
• Tamed pets had their status equalized and now have all 4 skills unlocked.
• New tier 3 pets, mounts and fashions.
