0.10.0: Update notes!

Decreased the price for normal and advanced runes.
T3 Pets status have been equalized. Pet needs to be reborn in order for the changes to work.
New T3 fashion, pets and mounts.
Added Mounted Combat License III to PvE NPC.
Added new reforge item to PvE NPC.
Fissure rotation is back and should be working as intented now. Adjusted craft of lv45 and 55 accessories to make it slightly easier.
Added new lv7 alchemy recipes.
Hero 1 gear can now be exchanged for wargod points.
Wargod points can be obtained in the daily and weekly events (GoS, Arena, Daily 12s, Daily dungeon quest).
Sanctuary Ruins is opened for testing on tuesday and thursday 15:00 - 16:00 and at night 21:00 - 22:00. Please give us suggestions of what you would like to see there.
